VIETNAMESE GAC FRUIT - VINAGA
 

All Vietnamese people know of Gac fruit (Momordica cochinchinensis).
Gac plant is a climbing variety that can easily grow on fences, big trees, roofs, etc.
Only some countries in the world, such as Vietnam, the Philippines and Singapore have the Gac plant.
In Vietnam, Gac fruit is usually used to make sticky rice on the occasion of festive days, holidays and for wedding parties. It is also known as a medical food capable of preventing and/or treating some diseases.
